Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY
The Firepay "Win What You Want" Contest ("Contest") is open only to residents of the U.S., Canada, and United Kingdom who are of the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence, excluding residents of Quebec or any other territory where it is not allowed by law. Winning residents will be required to answer a skill-testing question.
The contest excludes all employees and directors of Firepay Limited ("Sponsor"), its advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers and their parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, representatives and agents and their immediate families and household members. Immediate family includes the husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, father, mother or grandparent of an individual. Invited participants who open a new FirePay account within the Contest Period, as defined below, are automatically entered into the Contest and therefore agree to these rules and regulations (the "Rules") and the decisions of Sponsor.
CONTEST PERIOD
Contest begins June 19, 2006, at 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends August 20, 2006 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period").
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest by posting notice on its Web site, in which case the Contest will terminate at 11:59:59 p.m. ET that business day. In such event, the winners may be selected by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of termination.
ENTRY
No purchase necessary. To enter the contest, you MUST register for your FirePay account at www.firepay.com and complete the
FirePay account creation process by following the instructions at the Web site. (By becoming a FirePay account holder, you incur
no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by the Sponsor's Web site's policies and terms of service.) In creating
your FirePay account, you will automatically be registered for the Contest, and 1 ballot will be entered on your behalf toward
the grand prize drawing.
If your account is terminated or closed during the Contest Period for any reason, you will automatically forfeit all your
ballots, which are non-transferable, and you will no longer be eligible for the Contest.
ADDITIONAL BALLOTS
Each time you fund your FirePay account, 1 additional ballot for the draw will automatically be entered on your behalf.
DRAWING
Eight (8) weekly prize and one (1) grand prize winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received.
The drawings will be held during the contest period at
FirePay Ltd. offices on Fridays beginning on June 30, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. local time by the Sponsor.
The winners will be notified via email or telephone, at the address or number provided by them during the FirePay account creation
process, approximately 7-14 days after the Contest draw date. The manner and conduct of the winner selection process shall
be under the supervision of Sponsor at its sole discretion, and all selections are final.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a winner if such winner, in Sponsor's sole judgment, has violated the terms and conditions
set out at FirePay.com or the Rules of this Contest or is otherwise ineligible. In the event of a winner disqualification, another
winner shall be selected in the same manner within such time as Sponsor determines. The decisions of the Sponsor are final.
This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws applicable.
PRIZE/ODDS
There are eight (8) weekly prizes and (1) grand prize in this Contest. The weekly prize winners will choose between an
Apple iPod nano, digital camera, portable dvd player, or $300 deposited into their FirePay account. The approximate value
of the weekly prizes is $300 U.S. dollars.
The grand prize winners will receive a 42" plasma television of a brand name to be determined by Sponsor.
The approximate value of the grand prize is $2,500 U.S. dollars. The prizes will be delivered to the address of each prize winner as entered at the time of registration on their Firepay account.
Allow 8-12 weeks for delivery. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible ballots received.
Prizes have no cash surrender value. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize by winners is permitted.
The prizes may not be exactly as shown in contest publicity or promotional materials. All incidental expenses not specifically
referred to shall be the responsibility of the winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
To win, the selected participants must first have complied with the Rules and correctly answered, unaided, a time
limited skill testing question to be administered by e-mail or telephone by the Sponsor at a prearranged mutually convenient time.
Winners must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility & liability/publicity release within 14 days of first attempted
notification, or their prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected. Taxes on all prizes are solely the
responsibility of the winners. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
Participants release Sponsor, and respective affiliates and employees, from any liability or injuries incurred in connection
with participation in this Contest or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify this
Contest if any causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair its integrity or fairness, in which case the prizes will be
awarded in a random selection from all ballots received as of the date of termination that Sponsor believes in its sole
judgment are legitimate or valid. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any online systems,
servers or providers, computer problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof,
including any such problem that prevents successful submission of a ballot or that results in injury or damage to participant's
or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the promotion.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST VIOLATES THE RULES
OF THIS CONTEST AND MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK
DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address or telephone number, the winner will be the
authorized FirePay account holder associated with that email address, as determined at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Except as noted below with respect to prize winner, personal information provided by participants to Sponsor will be treated
as provided in the Sponsor's privacy policy. This policy is available at
http://www.firepay.com/_privacy/index.asp.
Sponsor reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the eligibility and prize structure for the Contest at any time,
including but not limited to the jurisdictions within which participants may be eligible. Any such change will take
effect immediately upon posting on Sponsor's Web site and by modification to these Rules.
CONSENT TO COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each participant consents and agrees to the
Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of the participant's personal information for the purpose of administering the
Contest, including contacting any participant in relation to the Contest. Winners of any prize grant to Sponsor the right,
without additional compensation, to use and publish their likeness, first name and first initial of last name, voice and
biographical information in all media (including but not limited to the Worldwide Web) in connection with this Contest and
for other promotional uses as Sponsor sees fit. As use of the winners' personal information for promotional purposes is
essential to the success of the Contest, failure to consent to such use and comply with such obligations may result in
disqualification of the winner and require return of any prize already awarded or a cash amount equivalent in value, at
Sponsor's sole discretion.

("Sponsor's Privacy Policies") for information on how personal information is handled. Any questions regarding Sponsor's
Privacy Policies and/or treatment of a participant's personal information should be directed to info@firepay.com
DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in this Contest, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved
between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, participants waive all rights to claim, and under
no circumstances will be permitted to obtain, awards for any damage - including but not limited to punitive, incidental or
consequential damages, and attorneys' fees - other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses required for entry
(e.g., costs associated solely with entering, but not including the amount of any purchase of a good or service), and
participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

To receive a winners list, send an email requesting "FirePay Win What You Want Contest Winners List"
to marketing@firepay.com after the date on which the grand prize winner
is announced.
