We suggest you consult your travel agent to learn about our specific requirements. What is the weather like in Aruba? As close to perfect as you can get! Aruba is outside the hurricane belt, with an average temperature of 82ºF and less than 20 inches of annual rainfall. What can I do while staying in Aruba? All events will be held at this hotel. If I win my $10,000 prize package, where will I be staying? Winners of the $10,000 Aruba prize package will stay either at the Radisson Resort and Casino or at the Wyndham Resort in Aruba. Winners can note a preference to hotel but we can’t guarantee to meet all preferences. Who makes travel arrangements if I buy a seat? You. Players who buy into the event are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements. Who makes travel arrangements if I win a trip? An assigned travel agent. Players who win their trips online will be given contact information for a travel agent who will take care of travel and hotel arrangements. PLEASE DON'T MAKE YOUR OWN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. Winners must use the travel agency authorized by UltimateBet.com for their travel arrangements. Airfare purchased outside of the authorized travel agency will only be reimbursed up to $600 for each ticket (up to 2), or the cost of the ticket, whichever is less. UltimateBet will not reimburse non-Coach airfare. UltimateBet.com will not reimburse more than $600 for only one ticket purchased. Winners will need to provide proof of purchase for airfare before reimbursement will occur. Reimbursement will occur after the event ends in October, 2006.
